My other form of inspiration is my mom. Like I said, she was my biggest cheerleader, and I got a lot of my drive and motivation from her. You always hear of life-changing weight loss and health stories; people who have "a-ha" moments and get into shape. Well she was one of those stories that unfolded right before my eyes, and let me tell you, it was freaking AWESOME to watch! She was so proud of her running, her weight loss, and just her overall health in general. I would love to have the opportunity to influence and help shape someone's life as my mom did hers. It's pretty cool, if you ask me!
However, at the moment, I am not certified, so until that day arrives this little page will consist more of my "training to become a trainer", if you will.
Here's what I'm thinking: Do I have a rock hard seksi body? I wouldn't say that. Am I a work-out-a-holic? Not at all. Would I prefer, at the moment, to go out and party? Absolutely. Do bad life choices result as of that??? You bet my fat ass they do!
But I am determined to change that, and I know that my friends and fam will help keep me on track and support me!!!
Here's what else I'm thinking: my own personal training schedule!
Monday: Spinning - 7am Weight Training - 1pm
Tuesday: Spinning - 12:30pm Cardio Kickboxing - 6:45pm
Wednesday: run/rest
Thursday: Spinning - 7am Cardio Kickboxing - 12:30pm
Friday: run/rest
Saturday: MIT!
Sunday: rest
